Screen printing  or silk screening is a printing technique particularly suited for flat  or relatively flat surfaces. The heart of the process involves a fine  mesh or screen that is tightly stretched around a rigid frame. The areas  that are not to be printed are masked out on the screen, and  to create the print, the framed screen is positioned over the item to be  printed, along with a dollop of thick ink. AKA uses the  most efficient screen printing technology to ensure your designs are  printed accurately, quickly, and at a cost that fits your budget. We  have low minimums to make it easy on smaller organizations or businesses. But, we also have the equipment to process high volume  production orders.

New to the garment decorating industry, AKA and Special Tess now offers direct to film logo application.  Direct to film, commonly known as DTF, is a process in which a graphic printed onto a piece of film with various colored inks is  applied to an apparel item.

This pre-printed film is binded to the  garment through heat and pressure from a heat-press machine. This  creates a long-lasting and detailed graphic that can be placed on an  array of garments.

Your vehicle is viewed by 600 people every mile it travels! Make it  your traveling billboard. We use 30 mil dura-bond white magnetic sheeting which will conform to most metal  surfaces. We use dura-bond because of its unsurpassed quality, thickness and magnetic strength consistency. Easy, portable advertising.  

Scrim Vinyl Banners
Scrim Vinyl Banners are high tensile strength banners with a block-out  layer to prevent shine through. It consists of a polyester fabric that is embedded between two scrim vinyl layers,  which allows it to be less susceptible to tearing. Our banners come with standard hems and grommets.  

Custom Coroplast Signs 

Corrugated plastic  signs offer durability and are a great advertising value. Corrugated plastic, also known by the brand name Coroplast®, is a tough, waterproof, plastic sign material which resembles the appearance of  “plastic cardboard”.
